we offer free shipping on all orders over $50

please check the tracking history for any notes from the carrier (e.g., “Left at Front Door”).

If you still can’t find your package, we recommend contacting USPS directly at 1-800-275-8777.

If your shipping address is at an apartment complex or office building, be sure to check with neighbors, your front desk, property manager, or mail room—packages are sometimes left with them.

Packages often turn up within 24–48 hours of being marked as delivered. If yours still hasn’t appeared after 48 hours, feel free to reach out to us at contactus@pek.llc and we’ll be happy to help!

If you placed an order by mistake or need to make a change, please reach out to us right away at contactus@pek.llc — we'll do our best to accommodate your request.

please note that once an order has shipped from our warehouse, we’re unable to make changes or issue a refund.

to ensure the quality and safety of our products, we do not reuse or resell items once they've left our facility. because of this policy, we’re unable to accept returns.

we use real chocolate made with cocoa butter (not palm oil!), and while that’s something we love about our product, it also means the chocolate is more sensitive to heat. Because of this, our bars may melt when exposed to high temperatures during transit.

but don’t worry—melting does not affect the taste or nutritional value of the bar.

during the warmer months, we recommend placing your order in the fridge for about 45 minutes upon arrival. then, dig in and enjoy!
