shipping methods
we use USPS to ship all orders.
shipping zones
We currently ship within the United States, including APO/FPO addresses and P.O. boxes. Unfortunately, international shipping is not available at this time.
order processing time
winter months (October 1 – April 15):
orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days after receiving your order confirmation.
summer months (April 16 – September 30):
to help protect your bars during warmer weather, we offer a $2.99 cold protection at checkout. this covers insulated packaging, ice packs, and priority shipping.
orders with the cold protection ship Monday through Wednesday only to minimize transit time and avoid weekend delays.
please note:
upon delivery, please place the entire box in the fridge for 45 minutes before enjoying.
our bars have a soft center; if the chocolate melts during transit, it will re-harden around the center when chilled. This does not affect quality or taste. You can then pull the bars from the fridge and enjoy them cold, or let them come to room temperature before consuming.
no refunds will be issued for melted products.
shipping confirmation
once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. If you don’t receive your order within 7 business days, please contact us at contactus@pek.llc.
lost or delayed packages
if your package is lost in transit, reach out to us as soon as possible so we can assist.
for delayed shipments, we are unable to process refunds until 7 business days have passed from the expected delivery date.
address corrections
if your shipping address was entered incorrectly, please contact us right away at contactus@pek.llc.
we'll do our best to assist, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has shipped.
