shipping policy

shipping methods:

we use USPS to ship all orders.

shipping zones:

we currently ship within the United States, including APO/FPO addresses and P.O. boxes. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time. 

order processing time:

during the winter months (Oct 1st-April 15th), orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days of receiving your order confirmation. during the summer months, we only ship from monday to wednesday to make sure your products don't sit in an unconditioned space for an extended period of time. 

we will notify you via email once your order has been shipped, along with tracking information to monitor the delivery status of your package. If, for some reason, you don't receive your order within 7 business days, please reach out to us at: contactus@pek.llc

lost or delayed packages:

In the rare event that your order is lost in transit, please reach out to us as soon as possible so we can assist you in resolving the issue. while we take extra care to package our products securely to ensure they arrive in perfect condition, we understand that delays or accidents can sometimes occur during shipping.

If your package is delayed, please note that we are unable to process refunds until 7 business days have passed from the expected delivery date.

​address corrections

if you input your address incorrectly, please send an email to contactus@pek.llc as soon as possible to inquire about order status. while we will try our best to support you with the change, we cannot guarantee the ability to change your address if the package has already been shipped.
